How To Connect My Nintendo Ds To The Internet?

I have a laptop (running on vista) with built in wi-fi. It is connected to the internet using a wire. I don’t have a router, but i can share my internet connection with another wi-fi laptop.
Can I connect my nintendo ds lite, with pokemon platinum, to the internet, by sharing my internet connection, and how?

you’re gonna need a router. you do NEED the internet to connect to play other players and such. you can’t do this through your laptop. you NEED a router to be able to put your key in and have your ds go online.

You will need to buy the USB Wi-Fi Connector in order to connect to wifi through your Laptop. You should check nintendo. com for more info on how to set up your connection. And the. techi is REALLY CLUELESS, so much he doesn’t even know what wifi is.

No, you cannot connect any nintendo Ds’ up to the internet.
They have wireless which enables you to connect to other DS but not to the internet.
