I bought the phones. One came damaged. Their solution? I send it back (at my expense) to Texas service center. They have TEN days to replace it with a REFURBISHED telephone. So now I’m paying MORE for a refurbished phone than I did for a new one AND I’m without the phone for an additional at least 2 weeks, probably closer to three weeks (10 days with shipping both ways). Then to add insult to injury they say it is according to Page 3 in the manual which, of course, I didn’t see until I received the damaged merchandise. After years of Panasonic devices (including telephones) in my home and office I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING PANASONIC AGAIN.

Pros: Good phone. It receives well and cuts out interference, also you can walk a long ways away from the dock and still hear fine.
Cons: Price. However I bought these for $39 dollars at Walmart the other day, so unless you don’t like to get out you should probably go pick one up from there instead of paying $50+ for it.

The phone is very nice for the price. The sound is clear and the ringer is loud. The only negatives are the small screen and boring ring tones.
