I can’t tell you how the product was because it was never received. Unbeknownst to me, the vendor required a signature at delivery, and the delivery service managed to only come when no one was home. Despite numerous calls and emails, I was unable to coordinate with the vendor or the shipper and receive my item before it was shipped back. I sent this as a gift and was extremely disappointed in this turn of events.

I have purchased this item. It is very difficult to hear people. It is very difficult to operate. If you are not experienced with how phones need to be programed then I do not recommend.
