It stores the information of the last 45 callers. The phone has a phonebook directory that stores 20 names and numbers which can be dialed with the touch of a button. There are also nine speed-dial presets and an indicator that alerts you of a waiting voicemail. Users can choose from a set of ringtones to personalize their phone. The handset fits comfortably in the hand and the phone includes a wall mount bracket for placement options.

Don’t like this product but I decided to keep it as I’m not sure what you expect for the price (cheap). I suppose the saying “you get what you pay for” fits here. I will make a better decision next time.

Got this brand new from Amazon. com as a gift. Opened it up after 30days of purchased to install but I found it is defective item. Amazon refused to give full refund due to item past the 30 days of purchase date. Tried to contact Vtech manufacturer but got no response for this defective item. Please beware you try your item in 30 days after purchased or you lose your money.

So these phones work fairly well, but here’s the problem, before you buy, try calling their numbers and see what you get.
What you’ll get is an endless grave of automated responses giving you all the ways you can fix your problem, and NO way to reach someone if either the problem you’re having isn’t on the menu or if their fixes don’t work.
AND you’ll take an hour to do this before you realize that you’re NEVER going get any help from a human. EVER.
Buy at your own peril, and don’t say I didn’t warn you!
