Samsung, the eternal is great, but a little expensive. It has a touch-screen touch-screen full keyboard is smooth, and allow you to draw the text.
If you want something cheap I would suggest that the AT & T Quickfire. The touch screen is not great, but the keyboard is terrible and their friends will be jealous!

LG Electronics Service is a terrible call. The screen cracks easily (even if it is) in his pocket. Phone quality is poor. I mean, the Verizon LG Electronics enV2. This is my call. It's nice (black), and tons of cool features provided. High-quality talk time. It has a phone keypad on the front of the keyboard with the keyboard. Easy to text.
